- ISO and/or CAM programming (such as GibbsCAM, Mastercam, Alphacam or equivalent)
- Complete setting of 3, 4 and 5-axis simultaneous CNC machining centres
- Definition of machining strategies
- Optimisation of tool paths and cycle times
- Selection and management of cutting tools (cutting conditions, wear -)
- Development of fixtures and participation in their improvement
- Launching and stabilising series (prototypes to medium series)
- Dimensional control during production (micrometres, dial gauges, profile projectors, 3D machines)
- Analysis of process deviations and implementation of corrective actions
- Active participation in continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, 5S, scrap reduction)
Job Requirements:
- Training in microtechnology (CFC polymechanic, micromechanic or ES technician)
- Solid experience in multi-axis machining of high-precision parts
- Reading and interpretation of complex technical drawings
- Analytical mind, autonomy in process development
- Experience in the watchmaking environment: a strong asset
