All advantages

The Federal Administrative Court (FAC), based in St Gallen, hears appeals against decisions made by federal authorities. It rules as the court of last instance in most cases; among the judgements subject to appeal to the Federal Supreme Court, only a minority are challenged. The credibility enjoyed by FAC case law is primarily due to excellent work quality and an appropriate duration of proceedings. To this end, the court offers its employees modern workplaces, flexible working hours and a trilingual environment.
