Do you have an entrepreneurial spirit and place service at the heart of your actions? As a Cleaning Supervisor at ISS, you lead employees, personally take care of clients, and ensure that our services are delivered at the highest level. You are responsible for quality, costs, and client satisfaction.

What awaits you

Coordinates and monitors all cleaning activities, organises, oversees and participates in them
Overall management of the unit in compliance with internal and external company standards and rules
Responsibility for customer service and optimal execution of services
Supervision of employees to ensure they perform the agreed services with the client, respecting instructions and legal framework
Optimal use of internal and external resources necessary for service delivery
Quality control and conducting internal audits with clients
Ordering equipment and planning interventions as well as schedules
Ensures appropriate and optimal use of subcontractors
Controls, manages and monitors budgets
Analyses the activity of their teams and identifies deviations (work schedule control)
Ensures invoicing is in accordance with services
Replaces their superior in case of absence

What you bring

Federal VET Diploma in cleaning (cleaning agent, operations agent or equivalent), an advantage
Continuing education in the field of cleaning
Proven experience in team management
5 to 10 years of professional experience in the service sector and maintenance activity
Good command of spoken and written French (English, Portuguese or Spanish an advantage)
Proficiency with IT tools (MS Office)
Driving licence, clean criminal record
Service-minded, well organised and communicative
Autonomous, proactive, organised
