What to expect

• You support the handling of major hail events
• You receive telephone and written damage reports and settle claims in the motor vehicle insurance sector with faster claims processing procedures
• You support other teams in the claims processes in the household contents and building insurance sector
• You assist on site in our temporarily established hail centres to inspect hail damage
• You contribute to ensuring that day-to-day business aligns with our strategy "simpler, faster and smarter"
• You work in a collegial environment

What you bring

• Completed commercial vocational training or professional experience in the commercial sector, ideally in the insurance industry
• Customer-oriented working style
• Flexible regarding working hours and location
• Confident German language skills in spoken and written form; a second national language is mandatory
• You are proficient in MS Office and enjoy engaging with new technologies and solutions
• You keep a cool head even in stormy situations
• Availability throughout the entire contract period
