What you will achieve

• Preparation, production and serving of all sweet dishes and desserts
• Proper storage and handling of all raw materials and foodstuffs
• Cleanliness and compliance with hygiene regulations

What you bring

• Education: Completed vocational training (EFZ)
• Specialisation: as a confectioner
• Professional experience: Already some professional experience in upscale gastronomy or hotel industry
• You are resilient and bring a high level of commitment and motivation
• You work independently and responsibly
• German (B2)
• English (A2)
