Job description:

As a chef de partie, you will be responsible for supervising a section of the kitchen, ensuring the quality and presentation of dishes. You will actively participate in meal preparation while guaranteeing compliance with hygiene and food safety standards.


  • Coordinate and supervise the kitchen activities of your section

  • Ensure the quality and presentation of served dishes

  • Manage the supply of ingredients for your section

  • Collaborate with the head chef to develop new dishes

  • Service behind the buffets during lunchtime

  • Continuous hours from Monday to Friday
