What you will achieve

• Organisation of the assigned station
• Preparation of the daily mise-en-place
• Preparation and serving of dishes and desserts during lunch and dinner service
• Cleaning and control tasks as well as occupational safety within the framework of the HACCP / KOPAS concept
• Support of the head chef in planning and compliance with quality and safety standards
• Assistance with ordering, goods receipt & inspection as well as stocking of goods

What you bring

• Education: Completed vocational training (EFZ)
• Specialisation: as a cook
• Professional experience: Several years of professional experience in the gastronomy sector
• Experience with traditional Italian recipes
• A service-oriented, communicative and resilient personality
• You are a host through and through, possess good manners and a well-groomed appearance
• German (B2)
• Italian (ADVANTAGEOUS)
