- Preparing and cooking refined dishes in accordance with the establishment's quality standards.
- Contributing to the development of innovative menus in collaboration with the kitchen team.
- Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
- Managing orders and stock to ensure necessary supplies.
- Actively participating in the training and skill development of apprentices and colleagues.
