For one of our clients, based in Geneva, we are offering a position as:Central File OfficerActivity rate 100%MISSION DESCRIPTION- Control and validate account opening files as well as client data.- Ensure the opening and maintenance of accounts in the system.- Verify the accuracy and quality of client data and work closely with the Front Office and Compliance within the framework of account opening processes.- Control documents and client instructions.- Ensure the physical and electronic archiving of files.- Carry out internal controls according to the four-eyes principle.- Participate in the management of the client lifecycle.- Prepare the elements required for internal and external audits.- Contribute to the continuous improvement of procedures and compliance with regulatory requirements (KYC, AML, CDB, CRS, etc.).PROFILE- Banking/commercial training or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or equivalent.- Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar function within a banking institution, ideally in private banking.- Solid knowledge of KYC/AML processes.- Team spirit, autonomy, and sense of responsibility. jid0f0c33aaen jit0624aen jpiy26aen
