Responsibilities

• Integration within the Central File department;
• Organisation / structuring of the Central File;
• Updating the Central File (recording client data in the CRM);
• Physical filing;
• Physical and digital archiving of client files;
• Requesting documents from Wealth Managers;
• Liaison with other internal departments across various offices;
• Participation in daily office life.

Candidate Profile

• Banking education;
• Similar and significant experience in central file management within a private bank, asset management company and/or family office in Switzerland;
• Very good knowledge of central file management;
• Excellent command of French, both spoken and written;
• Good command of English, both spoken and written;
• Meticulous, organised, attention to detail;
• Discretion and sense of confidentiality;
• Available immediately;
• Swiss residency ideally.
