What awaits you
- You advise our private clients by phone on the services of the VZ Financial Portal (banking services, savings, investments and pension provision) and inform them about our digital services.
- You support our clients by phone for activation and login to the "VZ Financial Portal".
- You identify potential optimisation points and arrange appointments for the advisors at our branches.
- Internally, you provide support to the French-speaking client advisors regarding all VZ services and the VZ Financial Portal. You also collaborate with our colleagues at the VZ Deposit Bank headquarters in Zug.
- You constantly develop your knowledge and can thus provide information on all offered services, especially concerning the digital banking sector.
- In addition to your daily tasks, you have the opportunity to actively contribute to the development of VZ Deposit Bank by participating in internal projects.
What you bring
- A commercial apprenticeship, ideally in banking, and the desire to start your career in the exciting world of banking
- Professional communication skills and enjoyment in daily contact with French-speaking clients
- A sufficiently strong command of German to communicate internally with specialised departments
- A willingness to occasionally travel to Zurich or Zug to maintain personal contact with other specialised departments
- An interest in digital technologies and IT in general
