Care Management Specialist


In the Customer Operations field, we design the individual experiences of our clients in cases of claims and benefits. They are at the centre of our concerns and we find the appropriate solution with them. We thus guarantee maximum customer satisfaction by consistently applying our motto "Customer first".

Your contribution to the company

  • Case management in Care Management (clarification and implementation of client requests with insured persons)
  • Mediation in case of workplace conflicts
  • Support for integration
  • Advice to employers and employees in case of illness/accident throughout French-speaking Switzerland
  • Negotiations and coordination with service providers, legal representatives, authorities, official services, social and private insurers, as well as other stakeholders
  • Clarification of complex situations in the field of accident and illness, including on-site discussion and documentation of conclusions.

Your skills and talents

  • Several years of experience in the field of personal insurance claims
  • Federal diploma in private or social insurance, or similar training
  • Perfect command of French (including writing); good knowledge of German and/or English is an advantage
  • Comfortable in human contacts, independent and results-oriented
  • Confident, skilled in negotiations and able to assert yourself
