Description
To strengthen our pool, we are looking for a care assistant
- You will join our proactive team and be assigned to various establishments
- You provide basic care (washing, meal assistance, nursing tasks)
- Under the responsibility of a nurse, you support patients in daily living activities, taking into account the care plan and their level of autonomy.

Profile sought:
- You hold a care assistant or CRS health auxiliary diploma.
- You have at least 6 months of experience in Switzerland.
- You have a sense of responsibility; your versatility and flexibility will allow you to adapt to changes without difficulty
- One of your primary qualities is to put your skills at the service of beneficiaries, families, and relatives
- Good stress management and empathy
- Flexible with working hours
- Knowledge of various software used in residential care homes is an advantage.
- Training in care delegation is an advantage.
