For our client located in Geneva, we are actively seeking a buyer (M/F) for a permanent position
Main duties:
- Provide advice and support to internal clients throughout the procurement cycle: analysis of purchase requests, sourcing, contracting and supplier performance management.

Collaborate with technical experts for complex or non-standard cases, ensure the technical feasibility of requests and propose continuous improvement measures.

Develop appropriate procurement strategies following thorough analysis; prepare complex tenders via the eSourcing platform.

Draft and negotiate contracts in compliance with internal rules and procedures.

Respond to clarification requests during the consultation phase.
- Participate in related tasks, including the migration of the document management system.
Required skills and qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in public procurement

Proficiency in office tools (MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint).

Proven experience in purchasing goods and services.

Knowledge of ERP systems

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Strong problem-solving, negotiation and contract management skills.

Developed analytical mindset.

Strong customer service orientation and proactive approach to finding solutions.
