What you will accomplish

• Ensure sorting, unpacking and assembling of various raw materials
• Prepare different mixtures for sausage production using mincing, mixing or injecting machines
• Prepare spices specific to each recipe
• Weigh goods at each stage of production and enter data into SAP
• Assemble, disassemble and clean the various machines used
• Organise fridges and freezers
• Working hours are organised in shifts, generally from 5:00 am to 5:00 pm

What you bring

• Education: Completed vocational training (CFC)
• Specialisation: Butcher-delicatessen butcher CFC or equivalent training
• Professional experience: Experience in the food sector
• Highly autonomous, conscientious and organised person
• Proficient with IT tools (MS Office and SAP)
• Flexibility in working hours
• Good physical constitution (work in cold conditions)
• French (B1)
