What you can contribute

  • Analyse and establish requirements and concepts for the implementation of IT solutions for the national address service (SNA)
  • Analyse problems, requirements to be met, as well as the relevant environments and translate them into requirements; the analysis will focus in particular on organisational, methodological, process-related aspects, or functional and non-functional IT application solutions
  • Develop solution proposals and sustainable decision-making bases
  • Support all stages of technical implementation; test and evaluate proposed changes
  • Plan, design and implement tests related to requirements in collaboration with process managers

What makes you unique

  • University degree in computer science (master's level), or equivalent training
  • Strong IT knowledge in the conceptual field and experience in formulating requirements that IT solutions must meet
  • Ability to think and act independently, analytically, conceptually and networked, understanding of agile methods such as Scrum and Kanban and knowledge of the SAFe process
  • Technical skills in development and databases as well as processes in the field of IT security
  • Active knowledge of two official languages and very good knowledge of English.
