Building Draughtsperson 80-100% Permanent Contract (M/F/D)

Responsibilities

• Develop precise plans for construction and renovation projects
• Design tender, execution, and detail plans in compliance with current standards
• Work closely with architects to complete planning permission dossiers
• Work on varied projects, ranging from new builds to renovations
• Manage your workload independently

Profile

• Holder of a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a building draughtsperson or training in architecture
• Significant experience in a similar role
• Excellent command of ArchiCAD or AutoCAD
• Ability to work independently while being comfortable in a team environment
• Ability to manage stress, rigorous organisation, and meticulous attention to detail to ensure quality work
• Excellent command of French
