The BEM internship - the entry into the banking world after maturity - is your first step into the varied and exciting universe of banks.
For 18 months, you benefit from comprehensive and practical training in the essential activities of the banking sector. Alongside your training at Banque Raiffeisen Région Marly-Cousimbert, you attend specialised courses once a month at CYP, the competence and training centre for the next generation of Swiss banks.

What awaits you?

During the BEM internship, you undertake assignments in various departments of Banque Raiffeisen Région Marly-Cousimbert, including:

  • You advise clients on topics such as accounts, cards, investments, financing and pension provision
  • You support clients via digital channels

What do you bring?

We are looking for a curious, motivated personality interested in daily banking as well as client contact, who enjoys learning and exchanging ideas - whether within the team or in discussions with clients.

  • Completed gymnasial maturity, recognised at cantonal or federal level
  • Commercial employee CFC with professional maturity obtained in a field other than banking, or specialised maturity
  • Interest in the banking environment and enjoyment of direct client contact
  • Reliable and conscientious way of working
  • Strong motivation to learn and excel, as well as initiative
  • Ability to work in a team and good communication skills
