What you can contribute

  • Sort, distribute and send internal and external mail, and circulate files
  • Make reservations and set up meeting rooms and courtrooms
  • Welcome visitors, seat them and be present in courtrooms during public sessions
  • Provide service (aperitifs, cocktails, etc.) during visits by national and foreign delegations
  • Be available to Federal Judges and Federal Court staff for various personalised services
  • Accompany Federal Judges at official events

What makes you unique

  • You hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) or equivalent training and have experience in a similar role (hospitality, services)
  • You have excellent knowledge of French or German and good knowledge of a second official language
  • You have technical skills (setting up videoconferences, etc.)
  • You are autonomous and physically fit
  • You are discreet, have excellent social skills and very good manners
  • You are conscientious, precise and flexible by nature

In a few words

You are the face of the Federal Court’s reception, offering personalised and discreet service to Federal Judges, staff and visitors. By joining the team of bailiffs, through your services in reception and logistics, you will help create an atmosphere of trust and respect, essential to the smooth running of our institution.
