Invisible Baguette Setter [M/F/X]

Responsibilities

• Independently perform invisible baguette setting on high-end watchmaking components (cases, bezels, bracelet links, dials and other precious elements).
• Ensure the preparation, adjustment and mounting of stones according to the technical and aesthetic requirements specific to invisible setting.
• Guarantee perfect alignment, impeccable regularity and finishing quality in line with Haute Horlogerie standards.
• Control the visual and technical quality of set components throughout the manufacturing process.
• Identify and anticipate potential technical constraints related to components and propose suitable solutions.
• Work closely with preparation workshops, manual finishing and quality control teams.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of setting methods and processes.

Profile

• Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as setter, equivalent training or significant experience in high-precision setting.
• Proven experience and mastery of invisible baguette setting, with full autonomy in producing complex high-end watchmaking components.
• Excellent knowledge of precious stones, particularly baguette diamonds.
• Very high dexterity, precision and attention to detail.
• Ability to work on highly valuable pieces in a demanding environment.
• Rigor, autonomy, sense of responsibility and commitment to excellence.
• Team spirit and ability to collaborate with various Haute Horlogerie trades.
