Join our Distribution sector. You will be the point of contact with our clients. Every day, you will give your best to meet their needs, offering human advice, focused on action and the future, in line with AXA’s "Customer first" motto.
Your contribution to the company
- Responsible for agency performance statistics (centralising reports, preparing reports and ad hoc analysis, responding to questions about reporting systems, providing training on reporting tools in agencies)
- Preparation of contracts for employees and distribution intermediaries
- Responsible for questions regarding external service commission
- Occasional preparation of financial analyses of sales points
- Handling assignments from General Management (salary calculations, processing lists)
- Support to the Major Accounts department for managing insurance offers for public markets and preparing offers for clients as well as various administrative tasks
- Managing various distribution requests
- Supporting agencies in portfolio management (client transfers)
- Occasional support in organising meetings and events for SE SRO Distribution Managers
Your skills and talents
- Commercial employee CFC, or Executive Assistant Certificate or HES/University Bachelor
- Excellent command of French and ideally good knowledge of German
- Excellent knowledge of common IT tools, especially Excel
- Professional experience in a similar position is a plus, ideally in the insurance sector
- AFA All Branches or Non-Life certification is a plus
- Orderliness, rigour and a keen sense of organisation
- Willingness to develop your environment and constantly seek improvements
- Ability to analyse problems and determine measures to take
- Learning ability, autonomy, and a cooperative spirit
- Reliability and flexibility in the face of change
