The Human Resources Department's main mission is to ensure the development of the institution's human capital in view of organisational evolution. Bachelor – Master Internship at HR Department – Labour Law Compliance - 80%


As an intern within the Human Resources Department, you join a dynamic and versatile team whose mission is to ensure the continuous improvement of working conditions and to preserve the health of employees through the application of the Labour Law (LTr) within the institution.

You are involved in varied tasks, contributing to the smooth running of the team and reporting to the management bodies.

You participate in the preparation of materials, the organisation of various meetings, and the follow-up of actions undertaken.

You prepare various follow-up and coordination points with stakeholders.

You take part in data analysis and ensure the weekly monitoring of indicators.

You contribute to the consolidation of the activity report.

You provide support for projects and requests from the Human Resources Department, notably by conducting analyses, documentary research, and conceptual work.


Qualifications

You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or at the beginning of a Master’s and must complete a mandatory internship with ECTS credits as part of your university curriculum.

You have strong analytical, synthesis, and writing skills, enabling you to contribute to the production of reports, summaries, and decision-support materials.

Your proficiency with common IT tools is excellent, particularly with the Microsoft Office suite, with ease in data processing and preparing presentations.

You are recognised for your methodical approach, sense of responsibility, and autonomy. You demonstrate strong rigour in activity monitoring and have good interpersonal skills to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
