Assembly Operator - 2 months
International industrial company, active in the manufacture of high-precision technical products, with a structured production environment strongly focused on quality.
Responsibilities
- Assemble precision mechanical sub-assemblies according to detailed work instructions
- Read, understand and apply assembly and inspection procedures
- Perform technical manual operations (mechanical assembly, simple adjustment)
- Carry out soldering operations on connectors according to defined standards
- Perform industrial bonding operations respecting times and methods
- Adjust and position simple mechanical components
- Visually inspect the conformity of assembled parts
- Identify and report non-conformities or malfunctions
- Maintain a clean and organised workstation according to 5S principles
- Work closely with the technical referent and production team leader
Candidate Profile
- Training or experience in microtechnology, mechanics or equivalent
- First experience in an industrial environment or assembly appreciated
- Good manual dexterity and a taste for precision work
- Meticulous, patient and rigorous profile
- Ability to follow written procedures and quality standards
- Reliability, punctuality and commitment in a high workload context
- Team spirit and good communication with technical contacts
Conditions and Benefits
- Temporary contract of 2 months to start immediately
- Daytime hours, Monday to Friday - 40h/week - flexible hours with blocked times
