We are looking for Care and Support Assistants/Nursing Assistants M/F/D residing in Switzerland, necessarily to work within a renowned hospital in Geneva - Schedule 70-100% - Temporary

Responsibilities

• Assist the elderly person with daily living activities;

• Apply instructions received from nurses and community health care assistants, organise and provide delegated ADL care;

• Ensure, during end-of-life periods, quality care referring to the rules and standards in force in this field (addressing physical, psychological, social and spiritual needs);

• Report observations orally and in writing in the resident's electronic file; Participate in meal and snack distribution as well as in maintaining the residents' material environment;

• Accompany residents to recreational activities;

• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team

Profile

• Holder of the AFP Care and Support Assistant (ASA) or nursing assistant diploma only
• Auxiliary diploma not accepted,
• RESIDENCE IN SWITZERLAND MANDATORY
• French language spoken and written mandatory;
• Interpersonal skills, respect, empathy and availability;
• Ability to work in a team and interdisciplinarily;
• Flexibility and ability to intervene on request at various establishments.
