Chancellery Service (SCHA)Apprenticeship CFC - 3rd year internshipChancellery Service (SCHA)A true pivot between the government, the canton, the parliament and the public, the Chancellery accompanies the Council in the management and implementation of its activities. It coordinates and disseminates official information from the canton and organizes elections and votes. Within the Chancellery, the field of external relations constitutes a center of competence and advice at the service of the Council and the cantonal administration. We ensure the editorial coherence of publications and ensure compliance with the editorial line.MissionsAs part of your apprenticeship, you actively participate in the digital transformation of the canton by contributing to the management and updating of content published on the website and the intranet of the cantonal administration. Between writing, formatting, newsletters, visual content, or even short videos, you take part in varied missions that bring institutional communication projects to life.Curious and creative, you also contribute to the design of sections, graphic materials, and tutorials intended for internal users, while ensuring the quality and consistency of content with our graphic charter. Throughout your apprenticeship, you accompany various web projects and develop your skills within a dynamic environment.ProfileCurrently in your second year of apprenticeship, you are looking for an internship for your 3rd year. You wish to develop your skills with concrete projects related to communication. Dynamic and motivated, you are comfortable with graphic and layout tools such as Photoshop, InDesign, or Canva and demonstrate a marked interest in content creation. You have good writing skills and master the usual office tools, in particular the Microsoft Office suite. An interest in web content management systems, such as WordPress or SharePoint, is an asset.
