Application Manager (f/m/d)

On behalf of our client based in Fribourg, we are looking for an Application Manager (f/m/d) responsible for the operational management and development of web applications related to the Chancellery and the Secretariat of the Grand Council, in a high-visibility context.
Your mission
- Ensure the operational management of complex applications in production, guaranteeing their availability, performance, and quality of service.
- Analyse, handle, and coordinate the resolution of incidents and problems (Jira), including third-level support.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor updates and maintenance (corrective, adaptive, evolutionary) with technical teams and business stakeholders, including in the form of simple projects (HERMES methodology).
- Write, maintain, and develop operational documentation and associated procedures (Confluence).
- Manage suppliers (contract monitoring, invoicing, services) and act as a coordination point between technical and business teams, solution-oriented.
Your profile
- Proven experience in operational management of web/CMS applications in production, ideally in a sensitive or high-exposure environment (expected seniority).
- Very good skills in incident management and N3 support, with experience using ticketing tools such as Jira.
- Knowledge of Drupal CMS and basic web technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) or equivalent experience in CMS application management.
- ITIL training appreciated, service-oriented, thorough documentation skills; occasional availability in the evening or at weekends depending on maintenance needs.
- Fluent French is essential; good understanding of German (spoken and written) is desirable.
