After-Sales Finisher (M/F)

Responsibilities

• Ensure the polishing and satin finishing of the entire case as well as the bracelet of watches returned to after-sales service, according to the original finish
• Carry out rigorous self-checks and precise inspections to guarantee uncompromising quality according to defined criteria
• Perform washing and cleaning operations of various components, thus preserving the shine and durability of the materials
• Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our performance indicators

Profile

• Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as a Watch Finisher or equivalent
• Proven experience in a similar role, ideally in an after-sales workshop
• Proficiency with a computer system related to the profession
• Manual dexterity, precision, meticulousness, finesse and skill in task execution
• Good analytical skills and ability to work independently
• Customer orientation, good listening skills, open-mindedness, rigour and organisational skills
• Consistency, diligence, autonomy, with a strong team spirit, versatility and flexibility
