On behalf of one of our clients, we are looking for an After-Sales Administrative Assistant (M/F).

Your future responsibilities:

  • You will be in charge of receiving and handling calls
  • You will take care of opening work orders
  • You will manage the repair teams as well as their schedules
  • You will receive measurements
  • You will be responsible for invoicing repair work
  • You will handle the receipt and processing of management vouchers
  • You will order small equipment
  • You will support the company administration.
  • You will manage public contract files

Your profile:

  • You hold a commercial employee CFC
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in the technical field (electricity)
  • You are comfortable with administrative tasks, with basic accounting knowledge
  • You master French, English and/or Portuguese
  • You have a sense of initiative and know how to manage emergencies and priorities.
  • You have a perfect command of common IT tools, knowledge of Abacus is desirable
