Administrative Collaborator PPE 80-100% Permanent Contract (M/F/D)

Responsibilities

• Management of the current accounting of co-ownerships (PPE)
• Entry and verification of supplier invoices
• Preparation and monitoring of debtor invoicing
• Posting of entries and processing of financial operations
• Performing bank reconciliations
• Checking and comparing accounts to ensure the accuracy of accounting data
• Filing and electronic archiving of documents according to document management procedures (DMS)
• Active participation in improving administrative and accounting processes
• Close collaboration with PPE managers and various internal partners

Profile

• Commercial employee federal certificate (CFC)
• Proven experience in an administrative role with a strong accounting component; experience in real estate or PPE management is an asset
• Very good command of IT tools and ease of learning ERP software
• Sense of responsibility, rigorous, methodical and organised person
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while respecting deadlines
• Open to change and ability to evolve in a constantly changing environment
• Team spirit, flexibility and positive attitude
