Convinced that "everyone can make a difference", the Geneva University Hospitals (HUG) have established an Innovation Centre with the aim of improving and evolving the hospital. A unique exchange platform, the Centre fosters collective intelligence by bringing together, valuing, and realising the best ideas from employees. Both a skills centre and a collaborative workspace, the HUG Innovation Centre (CI) offers a range of services to evaluate, support, develop, promote, and enhance innovative ideas and projects from HUG employees and structures. As a laboratory for experimentation, a catalyst for change and participatory approaches, the Innovation Centre’s mission is to stimulate the deployment of an innovation culture within HUG.
Managing two digital platforms: Concerto, for patients; and MonEspacePRO for city professionals. The Innovation Centre develops these platforms in close collaboration with users and our health network partners.
Joining our team means working in a stimulating environment at the heart of digital health innovation, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams (APPS & UX, Cyberhealth and telemedicine, communication, medical and nursing management, external partners) and contributing to high-impact projects for health professionals and patients, within a collaborative and solution-oriented work culture.
As an administrative clerk within the innovation platform, you play a key role in the deployment and adoption of the digital platforms Concerto and Mon Espace PRO among healthcare professionals in the Geneva care network, HUG employees, as well as patients.
In this role, you ensure the reception, information, and support of users in creating and activating their accounts as well as in using the associated digital services. You provide support both in person and remotely to deliver quality assistance and a smooth user experience.
You participate in registration sessions organised within HUG and at external events. You may also be required to travel to partner institutions within the Geneva care network (nursing homes, clinics, medical practices, home care services, etc.) to promote Mon Espace PRO and assist professionals with their enrolment processes.
You verify and authenticate identities in accordance with established procedures and ensure compliance with institutional requirements regarding confidentiality and data protection.
You also provide first-level administrative and technical support, both in person and remotely, to health professionals, HUG employees, and patients. In this capacity, you respond to user requests, ensure follow-up, and help guarantee a smooth and quality experience.
You also contribute to the creation, adaptation, and dissemination of communication and support materials intended for users of the digital platforms. In this context, you assist with awareness, demonstration, and training activities related to the use of Concerto and Mon Espace PRO.
In close collaboration with the Mon Espace PRO and Concerto project managers, you provide regular reporting on field activities, user feedback, and issues encountered during registration sessions, enrolments, and support actions. Thanks to your proximity to users, you actively participate in identifying business needs and areas for improvement of the digital platforms. You thus contribute to informing reflections and prioritisation related to the evolution of Mon Espace PRO and Concerto.
Thanks to your interpersonal skills, ease in communication, and service orientation, you actively contribute to promoting the innovation platform’s strategy and fostering the adoption of the digital health tools Concerto and Mon Espace PRO developed by HUG.
