Administrative Assistant (f/m/d), Infrastructure, Construction & Technical Department

What you will accomplish
- Administrative management of the Construction and Technical sectors
- Preparation and monitoring of supplier contracts
- Invoice checking and processing
- Handling incoming requests (telephone, emails, letters, etc.)
- Monitoring incoming and outgoing mail
- Administrative support to the Technical and Construction managers
- Inter-departmental coordination
What you bring
- Education: Completed vocational training (CFC)
- Specialisation: CFC as a commercial employee or equivalent training
- Professional experience: Professional experience in the administrative field, Construction and Technical sector Proficiency in Office/O365 tools
- Good teamwork skills
- Structured and precise
- Autonomous and solution-oriented
- Proactive in proposing improvements and changes
- Ability to express yourself and adapt to internal/external interlocutors
- Knowledge of BLP, SAP, Messerli tools is a plus
- German (A2)
