Administrative Assistant (f/m/d), Infrastructure, Construction & Technical Department

What you will accomplish

  • Administrative management of the Construction and Technical sectors
  • Preparation and monitoring of supplier contracts
  • Invoice checking and processing
  • Handling incoming requests (telephone, emails, letters, etc.)
  • Monitoring incoming and outgoing mail
  • Administrative support to the Technical and Construction managers
  • Inter-departmental coordination

What you bring

  • Education: Completed vocational training (CFC)
  • Specialisation: CFC as a commercial employee or equivalent training
  • Professional experience: Professional experience in the administrative field, Construction and Technical sector Proficiency in Office/O365 tools
  • Good teamwork skills
  • Structured and precise
  • Autonomous and solution-oriented
  • Proactive in proposing improvements and changes
  • Ability to express yourself and adapt to internal/external interlocutors
  • Knowledge of BLP, SAP, Messerli tools is a plus
  • German (A2)
