On behalf of a recognised industrial company, we are looking for an Accounts Payable Accountant for a temporary assignment of 4 months (80 to 100%).
Within a dynamic finance team, you will primarily be involved in the operational management of accounts payable while contributing to the completion of a process digitalisation project.
Your responsibilities:
- Complete processing of supplier invoices: entry, verification, monitoring and payments
- Management of pending invoices and resolution of any processing delays
- Participation in month-end closings and accounts payable tasks
- Quality and reliability control of invoicing flows
- Contribution to the optimisation and standardisation of supplier processes
- Support for the completion of an electronic document management (EDM) project related to supplier invoices
Your profile:
- Proven experience in accounts payable in Switzerland
- Good command of an ERP system
- Comfortable with digital tools and process improvement
- Experience with an EDM solution is an advantage
- Autonomous, rigorous and solution-oriented person
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Immediate or very short-term availability

- Temporary assignment of 3 to 4 months
- Activity rate: 80 to 100%
