Our client is an innovative Swiss company experiencing strong growth, recognised for its high value-added solutions.
Attached to the Finance team, you will contribute to the smooth running of daily accounting and administrative operations.
Your tasks:
- Processing supplier and customer invoices, monitoring payments and managing AP/AR operations
- Participating in cash management and daily cash operations
- Accounting reconciliations and monitoring financial transactions
- Entry, control and updating of accounting entries in the ERP
- Supporting the reliability of accounting data and the smooth running of financial processes
- Administrative and legal support related to finance activities (documentation, archiving, contracts)
Your profile:
- Accounting training with experience in a similar position
- Seeking part-time work up to 60%
- Good knowledge of ERPs and accounting software
- French-speaking, with a good level of written and spoken English, mandatory
- Rigour, reliability, team spirit and organisational skills
- Interest in dynamic and evolving environments
