Mandated by one of our clients, we are looking for an 80% bar staff member.
You will actively contribute to providing a friendly, fast, and quality service to participants, collaborators, and clients of the centre.

Your responsibilities

• Ensure bar service (hot drinks, cold drinks, and simple snacks).
• Welcome and serve customers with professionalism and friendliness.
• Prepare and continuously restock the bar.
• Manage priorities and ensure smooth service during peak times.
• Maintain a clean, organised workspace in compliance with hygiene standards.
• Participate in setting up coffee breaks, aperitifs, and events.
• Work closely with kitchen and service teams.

• Experience in service, catering, or bar work
• Service-oriented with good interpersonal skills.
• Dynamic, quick to act, and team-spirited.
• Good stress management, especially during busy periods.
• Knowledge of hygiene and food safety rules.
• You communicate easily in German and/or French
• Flexibility and availability according to the centre’s needs during weekdays, weekends, and evening hours.
