To complete our team within the Network Management group, we are looking for our Morges site, a 100% role.ProfileYou have training in electricity. You have experience in the field of electrical distribution networks; this is an asset. You are ready to experience the constraints of 3x8 shift teams, but also to reap the benefits. You want to discover new horizons and collaborate with multiple trades. Endowed with a very good team spirit, you like to carry out quality work. You are capable of managing a stressful situation while remaining methodical and like to have fluid, transparent, and healthy communication with your colleagues.Responsibilities- Drive and continuously monitor the electrical network that powers the region and guarantees energy to thousands of homes and businesses.- Guarantee the safety of people and infrastructure by aiming for zero risk.- Coordinate all actions of other trades involved in the delivery of energy to our customers.- Master the specificities of the electrical networks of Romande Energie and its partners.- Find and apply optimal troubleshooting solutions to then direct the actions of field personnel in order to effectively restore a secure supply.- Pilot Romande Energie power plants, for local energy and a controlled lake level.BenefitsIn this team, mutual aid, trust, and solidarity are at the heart of daily life.
