• You are responsible for the deployment planning of our field service technicians and ensure optimal utilisation.
• You coordinate and schedule recurring contract inspections as well as urgent pest control operations.
• You maintain close contact with our customers, receive orders, and clarify details regarding deployment planning.
• You work closely with regional managers, technicians, and the internal sales team to ensure smooth operations.
• You monitor adherence to appointments and deadlines.
• You support digital deployment planning through the use of modern tools and assist in the further development of internal processes.
• You are the contact person for our technicians in daily business and support them with organisational questions.

Profile

• Completed vocational training in a commercial field, logistics, dispatching, or a comparable qualification.
• Professional experience in deployment planning, dispatching, or coordination – ideally in a service-oriented environment.
• Excellent planning and organisational skills with a high degree of independence, responsibility, and reliability.
• Customer- and service-oriented personality with enjoyment of telephone customer contact.
• Confident use of digital tools, planning software, and MS Office.
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written.
