Your main tasks / responsibilities:

You are responsible for the reliable and smooth processing of customer orders from our wide-ranging offer. With your professional demeanour and discretion, you ensure satisfied customers daily and thus secure trust in our services.

The following varied and interesting activities await you, among others:

• Recording and dispatching orders
• Customer support by telephone and at reception
• Route and deployment planning for drivers
• Processing transport orders including destruction protocols
• Work preparation for invoicing
• Administrative support for the Regional Manager
• Assistance with sales activities

Your profile:

• Commercial or logistical basic training with a flair for numbers
• Bilingual German-Italian / good knowledge of French
• Very good IT skills (MS Office, ERP systems)
• Planning and organisational talent
• Customer orientation and safety awareness
• Geographical knowledge of Switzerland, experience in road transport an advantage
• Impeccable reputation (debt enforcement and criminal record extract without remarks)
• Motivated team player
