Director (100%)Following the retirement of its current director, the Institut Notre-Dame is looking for its future director. You are a personality recognized for your integrity, your spirit, and have been successfully engaged for several years in the field of specialized education for children with special needs. The Institut Notre-Dame welcomes approximately 70 children (from 4 to 18 years old) and offers quality educational and therapeutic support. A complete file is available upon request. You are looking for a management position in which – together with the Committee – you will participate in developing the institution's missions.Missions:- Lead the Institution with benevolence, in a collaborative mode, intelligently integrating all stakeholders (children, parents, executives, and staff of the Institute, as well as all network partners).- Ensure the governance of the Institute in concert with the Committee to whom you report in the interest of the children, including the management of human and financial resources.- Guarantee the development and quality of the services that link the Institute's missions to the requirements of the authorities, aiming to make the Institute a reference center, particularly by fostering synergies between pedagogical, educational, and therapeutic teams.- Promote an internal communication policy and institutional culture.Profile:- Holder of a DAS (Diploma of Advanced Studies) in institution management or equivalent, you have an academic background related to specialized pedagogy, with a specialization in institution management and team leadership.- You have confirmed experience of several years in the management of a similar structure.- Proven knowledge of the Valais and French-speaking Swiss context in terms of specialized pedagogy.- Mastery of both languages (French/German).- Unifier and capable of developing teamwork.Entry date: January 1stWorkplace: SierreJob description: can be obtained upon request via the President of the Committee jidf721296aen jit0728aen jpiy26aen
