In view of the retirement of its director, the Foyer de la Côte is looking for its future director.The institution manages a nursing home with 62 beds as well as a complex of 18 assisted living apartments. Recognized for the quality of its services and its human environment, the institution occupies an important place in the medico-social system of the canton of Neuchâtel. Its values are based on dignity, benevolence, respect for the person, and support for individual needs.RoleAs the true leader of the institution, you ensure the management and development of the establishment. You benefit from broad autonomy in your responsibilities, in direct connection with an engaged, accessible steering committee that meets regularly. You work in a pair with the head nurse, in a logic of complementarity and trust, to guarantee the quality of support and the overall proper functioning of the institution.Main responsibilities- Ensure the overall management of the establishment, in coherence with the guidelines of the Board.- Guarantee the quality, safety, and well-being of residents and staff.- Ensure the economic and financial performance of the institution.- Lead and unite teams in a collaborative spirit and contribute to the efficient management of human, financial, and real estate resources.- Develop and maintain quality relationships with partners, families, and authorities.- Actively contribute to maintaining the reputation and positioning of the institution.Your profile- Tertiary level education (university or HES) in the fields of health, social work, management, or related sciences.- Complementary training in management (DAS, federal diploma, or equivalent), or willingness to acquire it.- Confirmed experience of at least 3 years in a management function, ideally in a nursing home or a comparable environment.- Solid skills in human resources, financial, and administrative management.- Knowledge of the Swiss medico-social system (an asset).You distinguish yourself by:- Leadership and strong emotional intelligence and ability to work in a pair.- A developed network.- A sense of responsibility and decision-making.- Skills in organization and priority management.We offer- A key position within an institution recognized for the quality of its services.- A healthy, stable work environment and light governance allowing real room for maneuver.- Engaged and professional teams.- Salary conditions according to the CCT Santé 21.- Possibilities for continuing education.Start dateBeginning of the year or by agreement.InformationDirectorTel.: We thank you for your interest.
