We are happy to accompany our client in the recruitment of their future:Director 90 to 100%Start date: October 1st or by arrangementYour main missionsOrganize — guarantee a structuring and secure framework, ensuring the solidity and reliability of the institution- Manage human, financial, and logistical resources by making clear trade-offs and ensuring relevant and controlled use of means- Guarantee compliance with the legal framework, standards, and regulations by structuring reliable processes and securing the overall functioning of the institution- Prioritize, plan, and adjust activities to ensure the continuity of services and the quality of supportSteer — provide an overall vision, deploy it concretely to stay on course and ensure coherence- Carry a clear and systemic vision, and translate it into priorities and action plans- Put in place and follow management indicators, particularly related to the quality of support, and adjust actions accordingly- Anticipate developments, manage complexity, and support changes while maintaining alignment between vision, decisions, and actionsEngage — mobilize, unite, and embody an engaged and sustainable collective dynamic- Unite teams by establishing participatory management and supporting skills development- Ensure clear, structuring, and transparent communication internally and with external partners- Be present in the field regularly and intentionally to understand realities, support teams, and adjust actionsYour profile- Higher education degree (university or equivalent) in the social, economic, or management field.
