At the head of a structure of more than 90 supervisors and nearly 400 beneficiaries, spread across several sites, you provide clear direction, instill collective dynamics, and mobilize teams. By relying on an experienced and committed management team, you lead the entire organization in coherence with the objectives defined by the committee and institutional partners. You ensure to maintain a demanding balance between performance, individualized support, and social mission. You embody a leadership that is both structuring and responsible. In response to sector developments, you drive and lead development projects and ensure reporting to the relevant bodies.
