Director of the Neuchâtel Cantonal Compensation Fund (f/m/d) 100%The Neuchâtel Cantonal Compensation Fund (CCNC) is a dynamic institution where expertise, public interest mission, and service spirit are combined. The CCNC has 95 employees. On behalf of our client, the Neuchâtel Cantonal Compensation Fund, Spotted is looking for a Director of the Neuchâtel Cantonal Compensation Fund (f/m/d) 100%.In this role, you have the following responsibilities:- Ensure the general management of the institution and guarantee its financial, technical, and operational steering.- Define and implement a long-term vision, lead major projects related to technological and societal developments.- Collaborate closely with the fund's management commission, the Department of Employment and Social Cohesion (DECS), and with members of the Conference of Cantonal Compensation Funds.- Represent the CCNC before authorities and partners.Required profile or experience:- Higher education in law, economics, or public administration.- Federal Diploma in social insurance.- Experience in the field of social insurance.- Confirmed experience in management functions.- Fine understanding of political and financial issues.- Interest in public policies, particularly those related to social security.- Leadership based on trust, listening, and empathy.- Ability to unite teams and partners around shared objectives.- Analytical and synthesis skills.- Ability to negotiate with tact and diplomacy.- Languages: French and proficiency in spoken German.- Swiss citizenship is required for this position (federal requirement).Your benefits:- Lunch check (180 CHF per month for a 100% position).- Parking space near the fund provided.- Mobile phone subscription at CMN rates.- Corporate fleet discount in case of a new car (VW, AUDI, SKODA) and at the Garage Facchinetti Automobiles SA in Neuchâtel.- Accident insurance coverage in private division, including abroad.Interested?We look forward to receiving your complete application file (CV, cover letter, and diplomas).Your application will be examined by the Spotted team.
