KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES In Collaboration with the Director or Signature Academies Deliver a world-class experience that nurtures character, curiosity, community, and a true taste of Aiglon life. Provide bespoke care, strengthen the Aiglon spirit worldwide, engage alumni families, and grow a diverse international community aligned with institutional values. Jointly manage staff recruitment and staff scheduling. Effectively control staff hours to ensure zero overtime at the end of the year across the team. Direct and oversee evening activities and associated staff. Jointly line manage Summer Camp Officers. Jointly ensure robust safeguarding practices are consistently embedded, maintain risk and critical incident management, and establish effective registration systems. Ensure a visible presence across all activities. Strategic Leadership & Programme Design Lead the design, development, and strategic oversight of the Classic Summer Camp programmes. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), collecting feedback, developing reports, and continuously enhancing plans for the Classic Summer Camp programmes. Ensure the Classic Summer Camp programmes continuously reflect and enhance the Aiglon educational philosophy and brand identity. Identify opportunities for innovation, growth, and differentiation in the global summer camp market. Staffing, Leadership & Recruitment Establish and promote a culture of professionalism, collaboration, and accountability across all staff. Lead staff recruitment for the Classic Summer Camp and the Wellbeing Team, ensuring full alignment with school policies, risk management, and safeguarding requirements. Work in close partnership with HR to ensure compliance with employment legislation, school policies, and best practice. Oversee the management, welfare, and residential accommodation allocation for the Classic Summer Camp staff, and when required, other staff on campus. Line manage the Designated Safeguarding Lead. Design and deliver comprehensive induction and training programmes to ensure staff are fully prepared for their roles. Student Experience & Safeguarding Ensure full compliance with all safeguarding policies and procedures, embedding a strong culture of care and accountability, and ensuring a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for all students. Provide leadership in pastoral care systems, ensuring student wellbeing is central to all decisions. Review student applications for the Classic Summer Camp programmes to ensure those enrolled can access their chosen programmes. When needed, allocate students to appropriate morning/afternoon activities. Oversee and lead student wellbeing throughout the camp. Support the management of incidents, complaints, and sensitive cases, maintaining clear communication with families and leadership when required. Lead on accident reports across the Summer Camp. Operations & Facilities Management Support transport, bookings, and resource management. Act as the key operational link with the Health Centre Team, and support with medical forms. Act as the key operational link with the Laundry Team. Oversee the operational handover of School facilities and equipment, ensuring that inventories are in place and that all equipment is returned at the end of the camp period. Assist in the running and leading of specific courses as required. Risk Management, Health & Safety Ensure robust risk management and crisis response frameworks are in place. Take responsibility for health and safety compliance, and oversee risk assessments, for the Classic Summer Camp programmes. Ensure all staff and third-party providers meet required qualifications, safety and quality standards. Liaise closely with the Director of Finance, and the Summer Camp Team to make sure that all necessary insurances are in place for courses, events and services. Financial Management Manage and monitor the budget for the Classic Summer Camp programmes. Balance income generation goals with Aiglon’s identity as a non-profit institution. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy and positioning. Ensure all expenditure complies with School policies and governance. Student Enrolment Support Collaborate effectively with the Admissions Officer - Summer Camp, to support overall enrolments, assisting with key admissions communications and phone enquiries. Be an ambassador for the Summer Camp and when needed, speak on behalf of the Classic Summer Camp programmes with relevant stakeholders. Collaborate with the Admissions, Communications, and Marketing teams, alongside other key stakeholders, to create, evaluate, and continuously enhance recruitment materials for the Classic Summer Camp programmes, including the website, media, brochures, and related content. General Communication and Administration Ensure that effective systems of communication and administration are in place to ensure the smooth running of the Department and its activities. Ensure the effectiveness of the Department’s electronic filing and hard copy filing systems. Maintain bilingual correspondence in French and English as required. Ensure that Department archiving is organised. Produce statistics and reports as required. OTHER TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Undertake any other tasks which may be reasonably required by the Director of Service, Community, & Admissions to assist in the smooth running of the team. Keep the Director of Service, Community & Admissions regularly informed of progress across the department. Assist Members of the School Council and other key staff as requested and as agreed by the Director of Service, Community, & Admissions. Assist in the operation of whole school events as required. Uphold the ethos and values of the school, having respect for all colleagues and ensuring that all school related matters are dealt with in the strictest of confidence. Understand and implement all school policies and procedures, particularly those relating to the safeguarding of children and young people.
