It works to promote and strengthen the rule of law, encourages the initial and continuing education of its members, and offers a wide range of services intended for members.Within the framework of a planned succession, the position of Head of Management (all genders) is vacant.In this key function, you will ensure, with the support of the management team, the leadership of the federation and its service company. You are responsible for human resources management, finances, service offerings, events, as well as professional communication, both internal and external. You also represent the interests of the profession in Switzerland before authorities, political decision-makers, and the public, and ensure the monitoring of relevant projects.You hold a Master's degree in Swiss law and have perfect command of German, both spoken and written. You communicate with ease and confidence in French and have a solid management experience, excellent negotiation skills, as well as in-depth knowledge of finance and business management. Experience within an interest group or in the field of lobbying is desired, as is a fine understanding of political issues and the ability to develop networks.On a personal level, you distinguish yourself by your integrity, your reliability, your sense of responsibility, and your ability to motivate your teams.Workplace: S.
