Hôpital du Valais is looking for the Management of the Centre Hospitalier du Valais Romand (CHVR), a: Director of Nursing and Medical-Technical/Therapeutic Center Hospital at 100% Member of the Management of the Center Member of the General Management Location DG & Service Center / SION Sector Management Rate of Requirements Your mission: You support the Director of the Centre Hospitalier du Valais Romand (CHVR) in implementing the institutional strategy. In close collaboration with the Medical Director and healthcare professionals regarding the quality of care and the safety of patients, you ensure the quality and safety of medical services offered by the institution at all hierarchical levels. As a member of the General Management, you support the Board in developing the annual plan, health management, and institutional reflections, under the guidance of the General Manager. You oversee the establishment and adherence to best clinical practices regarding patient safety, quality of care, and quality of relationships between caregivers and patients, as well as between departments. You promote the development of personal and professional skills of the departmental heads of nursing at CHVR. You drive and coordinate the deployment of structured, interdisciplinary, patient-centered care models based on best practices. Profile: Bachelor of Science HES in nursing (BScN) completed with a Master’s in nursing science and/or health institution management; confirmed professional in a similar role; inspiring leadership and conflict management skills; excellent interprofessional skills; ability to translate concepts into concrete actions; French language proficiency with very good knowledge of German desirable.
