## Job Description ##

The Director of Finance position consists in the following :

\- Manage and develop a finance and purchasing team of 6 professionals

\- Oversee monthly financial reporting, performance analysis, and budget control for both entities

\- Prepare financial statements and reports for senior management and shareholders

\- Ensure compliance with internal control procedures and deadlines

\- Collaborate closely with the General Manager (locally) and Group CFO (internationally)

\- Ensure clear and timely reporting to the board and executive leadership



## The Successful Applicant ##

The candidates for the Director of Finance position should present the following profile :

\- Qualified accountant with a recognised certification or degree in finance, accounting, or business administration

\- Proven experience in luxury hospitality

\- Familiarity with Swiss financial regulations and hospitality standards- Fluent English and French

\- Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and developing finance teams
