The evolution of the TPG provides for the creation of the Development Directorate to coordinate, simplify, and prioritize development missions with clear governance and a consolidated vision, allowing for greater readability, better allocation of resources, and greater speed in decision-making.Director of Development - Transports Publics GenevoisThis Development Business Area (DA) (Approximately 100 employees) is at the heart of the transformation of mobility, and it will include:- Project management systems (PMO)- Network development- The innovation unit is the cornerstone of this future DA, one of the engines serving the development of mobility solutions (autonomous vehicles, intelligent traffic management, metro piloting, or Artificial Intelligence, connected clients).- This unit must promote an integrated approach between technology and the ambitions of sustainable and intelligent network development.MissionsAs a member of the Executive Committee, the Director of Development pilots and implements the growth and transformation strategy of the TPG, in connection with the mission letter of the General Management. They identify new development opportunities (services, diversification of revenues) and implement an innovation culture to ensure the sustainability of the public transport service, strengthen efficiency, and anticipate mobility developments in the Geneva territory.Main Responsibilities1/ Develop a medium-term vision (next 5 years) and long-term vision (10 years) for growth and mobility supply.- Propose and implement innovative economic models consistent with the public service mission.- Develop partnerships with local authorities, companies, start-ups, and academic institutions.- Identify and pilot new revenue streams (real estate, data, integrated mobility).- Orient the service towards projects serving the decarbonization of mobility.2/ Define and pilot the innovation roadmap and coordinate pilot projects, studies, and prospective studies (e.g., commercial speed, metro).- Establish a transversal innovation culture across all Business Areas (DA).- Develop an external network (start-ups, professional associations, UITP, French-speaking public transport operators).3/ Internal transformation- Accompany the evolution of professions and skills related to development projects.- Promote the adoption of innovative technologies and methods by internal teams, including for decision-making support and internal process optimization.- Guarantee alignment between innovative projects, corporate strategy, and budgetary constraints.4/ Piloting and performance- Define performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of projects (financial, environmental, societal).- Ensure reporting to the Management, the Board of Directors, and supervisory authorities.- Ensure the efficiency of investments and demonstrate their return on investment (ROI) and return on experience (ROE).5/ External representation- Represent the company in Swiss and international professional networks related to mobility and promote the image and successes of the company to institutional partners and the general public.Profile & Experience- Master's degree or higher (economics, engineering, mobility, management, or equivalent).- Complementary training in project management, change management, or public governance is an asset.- Confirmed experience (10+ years) in development functions and ideally in the public sector or mobility.- Senior executive experience with managerial, budgetary, and concrete responsibilities in terms of strategy and/or complex projects.Key Competencies- Management and large-scale piloting.- Development of strategic plans, evolution plans, and skills.- Culture of innovation, new technologies, new professions, and customer service.- Knowledge of the regulatory and institutional framework.Personal Qualities- Leadership and vision.- Agility and efficiency.- Integrity and sense of public service.Conditions and Benefits- Position within the executive committee, reporting to the general management. jidc892a4daen jit0727aen jpiy26aen
