As part of a gradual change, we are seeking an experienced master carpenter who can assume a co-leadership role and directly influence the future of the company. Director / Master Carpenter (m/f/d) MISSION Your role will mainly focus on the following responsibilities: - Represent the company to clients, architects, and project managers - Analyze requests, evaluate possible solutions, anticipate constraints - Accurately and precisely estimate projects with a clear sense of profitability - Guide the technical and commercial decisions of the company - Collaborate closely with the new management - Become the professional reference for the company PROFILE You hold a federal master’s degree in carpentry or an equivalent recognized qualification, guaranteeing solid expertise in the field. You have a global vision of timber construction, integrating both technical and business aspects, and are comfortable with extensive responsibilities, capable of making structuring decisions, effectively prioritizing, and understanding economic challenges. You demonstrate a genuine entrepreneurial spirit and leadership that can unite and guide others.
