Start date: 1 January 2027 or by agreement.
The Société des Remontées Mécaniques de La Berra SA (SRM La Berra SA) manages the ski lifts of the Fribourg ski resort, La Berra, founded in 1946, located at mid-altitude in the district of Gruyère. Relying on modern, regularly renewed infrastructure, it offers its clientele a wide range of summer and winter activities. As part of the succession of the management, the resort is looking for a director.
MISSION
Operational management of the resort under the authority of the Board of Directors:
- Manage all activities (operations, administration, finance, HR, marketing).
- Represent the company with official bodies and partners.
- Supervise installations, pistes and infrastructure.
- Lead the development strategy and projects of the resort.
PROFILE
Education & experience:
- Proven experience in management and team leadership.
- Knowledge of the ski lift sector or mountain tourism is an asset.
- Federal diploma, bachelor’s degree or equivalent training (management, tourism, ski lifts).
Skills:
- Proven ability in personnel management and team motivation.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a results-oriented approach.
- Fluent in French and very good knowledge of German (or vice versa).
- Proficient in office tools (Excel, management systems).
